Description (partial)

Symptom:
ANSWER softkey is displaying on the first column after pressing ANSWER on second column (while start ringing)

Second time answer is displaying. It seems like one more answer button appearing and disappearing on the first column. This is not occurring in 7861 Phones

Conditions:
Steps :
->  Phone A and Phone B registered in Unified CM
->  Make Call to Phone B from Phone A
->  Press answer button on Phone B
->  Again answer button is display for some seconds (it appear for some seconds ) in Phone B

CUCM : 10.5.2.10000-5

Phone Load : sip78xx.10-2-1-12SR1-4
