Description (partial)

Symptom:
BGP,LACP protocol flap during congestion on egress

Conditions:
Observed that BGP/LACP flaps when high rate of traffic is sent on ingress to the DUT (egress bandwidth is less).

In our setup, we have ingress port-channel interface bandwidth as 40 gig and egress port-channel interface to be of 10 gig. when 38gig of traffic is sent , BGP and LACP flaps.

PFC is not configure end to end. The egress portchannel is configured for PFC but ingress is NOT.
