Description (partial)

Symptom:
Users can launch a Device 360 view from the Alarms and Events table by clicking the information icon that is to the right of the device (Failure Source column).  While the Device 360 does list information under the tabs (Modules, Interface, Neighbors, etc.), it displays very few device details (OS type, OS version, etc).

Conditions:
This problem occurs intermittently.
