Description (partial)

Symptom:
UCCX product is not able to use PCD for the 10.6 version of UCCX. An error is throwing regarding version is not supported from PCD.

Conditions:
1)Install PCD 10.5.3
2)Try to create any task like upgrade/install the UCCX 10.6 version
3)An error will be thrown saying "the version is not supported " from PCD logs
