DN is not updated during call is on Hold

Steps to Reproduce:
1.	Install an Unified CM and register 88xx Phones in that. Phone A, Phone B and Phone C(DN: 5344) are 88xx Phones which are in Shared line. 
2.	Make a call from Phone D to 5344 DN. Phone A, B, C rings.
3.	Answer Call in Phone A. Other 2 phones will be in remote in use state. 
4.	Now hold the call in Phone A. At this point call in all the three phones are in hold.
5.	Transfer the call from Phone D to Phone E. Make a complete transfer in Phone D while Phone E is in ringing stage.
Problem Description:
The Transferred DN is not updated in Phone A. Meaning, after the complete transfer is done in Phone D to Phone E the DN of Phone E should be showing in Phone A. Instead Phone D is showing. Note: DN is updated in other two Phones. Which means the DN is not updated only in the Phones which we answer and make a hold. Other remote in use phones are updated.
Expected Behavior:
Phone E DN should be updated in Phone A.
