Symptom:
CUCM supporting deprecated protocols such as SSLv3 and SSLv2Hello which leads to security vulnerabilities

Conditions:
While making connections from client to server in a client-server environment, the client connects successfully to server supporting deprecated protocols such as SSLv3 and SSLv2Hello which leads to security vulnerabilities.
