Description (partial)

Symptom:
Desk phone video does not work intermittently with phone load 9.4.2 , but works always when using any old firmware on the same 8961 phones.

Conditions:
++ Two Jabber windows 10.5.x with their corresponding MSI version installed on PC.
++ PC running jabber is daisy-chained to the 8961 phone.
++ Both 8961 phones running 9-4-2-13 firmware.
