Description (partial)

Symptom:
Global Service Profile in UCSM can not resolve to a ping group policy created in UCSM

Conditions:
1. create a LAN ping group in UCSM
2. create a Global Service Profile in UCS Central and reference the created in the ping group in UCSM.
3. associate the global service profile to a blade from the UCSM.
4. After association, the global service profile can not resolve the LAN ping group even though the ping group is created in UCSM.
