Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phone does not play any audio over the speaker or handset when it is sent an RTP stream to play audio

Conditions:
This  happens when the application sends an IP Phone Services request to any 8945 or 8941 phone to receive RTP stream from one source and then transmit RTP stream to another source.
