Description (partial)

FCoE QoS must be configured if FCoE and/or native FC is in use. If this is missing, currently the interface remains in initializing status.
If QoS is not configured with no-drop, interface status from the output of "show interface fcx/y" should state that the interface is down due to invalid QoS.

All versions on the N5k switches.
