Description (partial)

Symptom:
Nexus 5500, 5600, & 6000 QoS configuration and SAN Switching guides are missing the note that FCoE QoS must be configured if FCoE and/or native FC is in use.
FCoE QoS must be added even if Ethernet is not configured on the switch.

Nexus 5500, 5600 & 6000 Fundamentals Guide states "The default QoS configuration on the switch provides lossless service for Fibre Channel and FCoE traffic."
Needs to be more descriptive and add the output of the default QoS configuration mentioned.
