Symptom:
On the Device's Detailed 360 view page, Online Help icon shows no reaction while clicking and trying to get the online help page content for this page

Conditions:
Environment:
•	CPC Assurance(Enterprise) : 10.6.0.58162
•	Mozilla Firefox ESR :  31.4.0
 
Steps to Reproduce :
•	Login to the CPC Assurance Web-GUI
•	Navigate to Operate -> Device Work Center
•	Launch 360 view for any of the devices
•	Click the View Details tab to go to the detailed 360 view page
•	On the Detailed Device 360 view page, click the help icon available on the top right corner of the page
