Symptom: calls that are expected to be sent to a native call queue are dropped Conditions: multiple hunt pilots setup all with queuing enabled only one hunt pilot actually receives calls first hunt pilot routes to second hunt pilot when its queue is full second hunt pilot routes to third when its queue is full and so on ccm traces showing call cleared with the following: //call is cleared due to markQueueEntryStatus failure 34986147.003 |06:12:29.549 |AppInfo |QueueControlCdrc(39960) - processIncomingCall, AGENTS_LOGGEDIN and queue is not empty, but not full yet. 34986147.004 |06:12:29.549 |AppInfo |QueueControlCdrc(39960) - markQueueEntryStatus(1) add entry failed, reason=1. 34986147.005 |06:12:29.549 |AppInfo |QueueControlCdrc(39960) - processIncomingCall, Queue is not empty and not full yet, but markQueueEntryStatus failed. Clear the call.
