Description (partial)

1. Export the phones without an user associated and generate the TSV file. Import that same file after modifying the NewUserID column with the desired Pseudo user results in "Unknown Error"

2. Populate the Service Area field (which doesn't get populated with the export), and then importing the same file results in the following error: "Phone Type is a key attribute which is missing in your data file for Product (Phone) : Sequence Number (0)"
