Description (partial)

Symptom:
In the Invite to phone CUCM sends only PCMU as the codec.

Conditions:
Only happens when 88XX model phone is running 10-2-2-16, does not happen with firmware 10-2-1-16 and the call is a Ad-hoc conference.
