Description (partial)

Symptom:
N7K BFD brings down additional BFD peers

When shutting one of the links, BFD session on another link also flaps. Both are sub-interfaces with "bfd optimize subinterface" feature enabled.

Conditions:
sub-interfaces with "bfd optimize subinterface" feature enabled.

Code- 6.2(8a) and will be seen on  versions greater than 6.2.8 if config is saved in 6.2.8 and reloaded with upgraded images (like 6.2.10/12 etc)
