Description (partial)

Configuring the boot priority fails though it is done from local context

Issue happens only in this scenario.

1. Go to non-local context using "context <non_local_context>"
2. execute "configure" "context local"
3. Set the boot priority and check whether it is successful

[local]jaws# context ha1
[ha1]jaws# config
[ha1]jaws(config)# context local
[local]jaws(config-ctx)# boot system priority 1 image config /flash/nemo-28context-300vrf2048-v150-Sep16_13.cfg
Failure: Boot command must be run from local context
