Assertion got fired when MME tries to abort the lower priority transactions where the higher priority transaction is pending. The following stack trace will be seen upon the assertion failure,

MME forces the UE to idle mode without aborting any running PDN procedures (like DDN, DBR etc) whenever any S1 message is received and the HO for 4G to 3G is in progress.
