Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the CX module experiencing a large number of out-of-order (OoO) packets, it may drop them when the amount of buffer space is exhausted.  The purpose of this documentation bug is to make this more clear in the CX command reference.

Conditions:
A large number of out of order packets are pushed through the CX in a network environment where they are eventually dropped due to buffer exhaustion.
