Description (partial)

Symptom:
JTAPI applications using TLS secure connection will fail to connect to CTIManager.

CiscoJTtapiSecurity logs will show the following exception when the signature of the CTL is being verified :
SignatureException: Signature encoding error

Conditions:
Cucm should be secured by using CLI command and the certificates signed using SHA256 algorithm
