Description (partial)

Symptom:
IPv6 qos acl policy is not working properly when ipv4 policy is configured

Conditions:
configure ipv4 and ipv6 policy and attached to different service instance under the same interface. Once the ipv4 policy is attached, the ipv6 traffic which is get classified is hitting the default class-map.
