Symptom: ems_migrate script is used to perform backup or restore of WEM database. It reads the config file for the list of directories to take the backup. Customer will not be able to take the backup of his chosen dir list , as the script is unable to read the config file in Solaris OS. Customer will not be able to take backup of WEM database if the directory listing is empty for any of the directories listed in the dir_list of the config file for both linux and Solaris OS. The script aborts taking the backup of WEM databases, when the directory list contains the empty directory. Conditions: From the ems_migrate.cfg file, the "dir_list" parameter is used for listing the directories for backup dir_list=postgres/data server/etc server/scripts server/bsschema server/data server/crondir. Assume from the above value, the "server/crondir" is an empty directory. The script aborts executing when it tries to read the empty dir "server/crondir". Also, In Solaris OS, the script fails to read the ems_migrate.cfg file.
