Description (partial)

Symptom:
Negative values reported in T-BIT-EC TCAs for 200G-CK-LC

Conditions:
1. Provision 
    > M6 chassis
    > Card: 200G-CK-LC
    > Opmode: MXP-10x10G-100G
    > Payload: 10Gige
2. Gently plug out the trunk fiber to produce a high number of BIT-EC counter (without disrupting the traffic, ie without uncorrected word incrementing or alarm reported).
3. After 15 min following TL1 command shows negative values for threshold and current values
