Symptom: Contact details show N/A field for Location and Talkline intermittently Conditions: 1. Login to Android CIC from different devices as User-1, User-2 and so on. 2. Enable Google location services on all devices as well as GPS location Mapping in the CIC settings 3. Navigate to contacts. Online contacts are displayed in the list with Green icon to indicate their active status 4. Select any online contact to view the details Client type, Location and Talkline fields are sometimes N/a.
