Description (partial)

Symptom:
Currently in CWMS, when collecting a customized details report, the meetingreport.csv lists all meetings during the selected timeframe. In the details for those meetings is a count of the number of participants and those participant names.

All dial in users are not distinct from another and are listed as N/A in the meeting report, and only add 1 to the participant counter even if multiple dial in users attended the meeting. Looking at the participantsreport.csv provides the full picture with a line for each dial in user for a particular meeting ID.

This enhancement would add guest audio users to the meeting report so they can be individually counted as they are in the participant report, and update the counter to correctly reflect the number of web and audio only users towards the full total.
