Description (partial)

Symptom:
Execution of the  the CLI 'show diameter route status'  on ASR5000 or ASR5500 may results in high CPU usage of CLI task and results in high-CPU alarms.

Conditions:
The issue appears when ASR5000 or ASr5500  has large number of diameter routes in the box to the order of 50,000 routes. If the number of diameter routes are small, this problem may not be observed
