Description (partial)

Symptom:
Upon double clicking an event in the syslog viewer, the user will be presented with an error stating "An Error Occurred While Processing Request". After the error is displayed, the "show detail" window will open but the detailed descriptions will be empty.

Conditions:
Issue occurs in all the versions where CSCup57676 was fixed.
