Cisco Bug: CSCus66268 - CUCM SIP normalization scripts need version information

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Unable to determine which SIP normalization script is the newest when comparing the built in script on CUCM to the same script available on cisco.com. Conditions: CUCM does not have version tracking for SIP normalization scripts at this time. Use the install date of your current CUCM version base a baseline for determining if the same SIP normalization script on cisco.com is newer or not. If this method does not work, open a TAC service request to determine which SIP normalization script is the newest.
