Description (partial)

This would be caused only when there is a presence of LOGO and non LOGO channels inside a Core Subnet which is not LOGO enabled. 

LOGO channel passes through all the APC domains which contain only 100G trafiic

Non LOGO channels pass through APC domains which may contain a mix of 100G and non -100 G traffic

Symptom:
OSNR value for some 100G channel is not correct (overestimated) when LOGO is enabled in a specific network configuration.

Conditions:
This would be caused only when there is a presence of LOGO and non LOGO channels inside a Core Subnet which is not LOGO enabled.
