Description (partial)

Sending email notifications for guest users fails if a custom field called "Email address" is created and added to a sponsor portal for Known Guests.

++Create a custom field called "Email address"
++Go to a sponsor portal and add this field for Known Guests.
++Now the system defined "Email address" field is no longer visible and we cant send email notifications.
++Similar behavior is seen for all Sponsor portals created from now on.
