Symptom:
Issue: N7K-F248XP-25= // BGP failing on N7K
netstack crash 
After netsatck restarts BGP flaps.

Conditions:
The issue is reproduced when ipv6 interface configuration is migrated from  existing vrf to a non-existing one. 
SNMP CISCO-IP-IF-MIB polling may go on in bakcground
