Description (partial)

Symptom:
"dot3HCStatsFCSErrors" cannot polling input error CRC count for TenGigaEthernet interface in ASR9K from TenGiga interface as below.

OID: (dot3HCStatsFCSErrors) .1.3.6.1.2.1.10.7.11.1.2 ---> incorrect!!

I can see this issue on 4.2.1 / 4.2.3 / 4.3.2 / 5.1.3  which I have tested in ASR9K platform.

Conditions:
This issue is shown on 10GE interface with following hardware. 

A9K-2T20GE-E 
A9K-MOD160-SE (A9K-MPA-2X10GE / A9K-MPA-20X1GE)
