Description (partial)

Symptom:
Certain USB flash drives (Patriot, Cisco USB sticks), when these are inserted in cBR8 RP and the chassis is powered on, the RP does not boot to ROMMON prompt.

The same USB flash drives, when inserted after booting up ROMMON on cBR8 RP, work fine.

Conditions:
USB flash drives (Patriot/Cisco USB stick), inserted in cBR8 USB slots before power-on.
When the chassis is powered ON, the cBR8 does not boot to ROMMON prompt.
