Description (partial)

Symptom:
When configuring a second ACL that is the same name as a previous one ignoring case, the additional permit/deny statements will be appended to the first ACL.  No new ACL will be created.

Conditions:
N7000 using ip access-lists
Configuring two ACLs with the same name ignoring case.
