Symptom:
Supervisor Desktop- Realtime Status toolkit is not showing the Status of the Agents.

Conditions:
Logout all supervisor Agents. Stop ctios server and cti server. Start cti server and ctios server. Log in supervisor agent.

When Finesse performs the OpenRequest to CTISvr and the stat update happens, but it's missing the Team info. Finesse will build its cache around whatever it gets from the PG. Anything that's 'missing' from this cache will be deleted on the Finesse side DB. This is due to a known defect <key>CSCus60431</key>.
