Description (partial)

Symptom:
The switch detects a CPU overtemperature warning and sends an SNMP trap, which causes the switch to shutdown.

Conditions:
1) VSS is configured in CAT4k Systems,
2) AND CPU temperature increases above warning levels in Switch 2 when Switch1 is in Rommon(shutdown)
3) AND SNMP Temperature traps are configured with the "snmp-server enable traps envmon fan shutdown supply temperature status"  command.
