Cisco Bug: CSCus57176 - CX: Not able to change the Directory Servers order under AD Realm config

Last Modified

Jul 07, 2015

Products (1)

  • Cisco ASA Next-Generation Firewall Services

Known Affected Releases

9.3(2.1.9)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When 2 or more Domain Controller Servers are configured under the same Realm on "Components -> Directory Realm", it is not possible to chnage the order of the servers.

"Move up" and "Move down" links makes no change.

Drag and drop seems to work, CX points no change to be commited, and if you go to a different PRSM GUI option and return to "Directory Realm" the Servers are listed on same original order before the change.

If the order is changed and any configuration option is change to force a commit, the error message below is displayed:

"Message from Server: TypeError: Cannot read property 'data' of undefined"

Conditions:
CX configured with AD Realm and multiple DC Servers.
