Cisco Bug: CSCus56982 - Certificate sign bit should be chekced during CAPF CA cert import

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Certificate sign bit should be checked during CAPF CA cert import

Procedure :

1 .Navigate to CUCM : OS Admin Page.
2. Under Security->Certificate Management >Generate CSR.
3. Get it signed from CA and make sure Certificate sign is removed from the signed the cert during the process.
4. Select Upload Certificate/Certificate Chain
5. Upload CA signed CAPF Certificate generated.
6. Certificate gets uploaded.
But it should check for the Certificate sign bit and should not allow to upload in case its not present.
