Symptom: Call history behavior is different from deskphones. 1. A calls B and talked. 2. B transfer the call to C. 3. A and C connected and talked. After that, the call history on C shows B. It should show A. (It shows A on deskphones.) Conditions: Jabber for windows 10.5.2 or later.
