Symptom:
While passing multicas traffic with ISM-VPN module enabled, we can see a memory leak in the I/O pool
Specifically Normal buffers

Normal buffers, 1548 bytes (total 10257, permanent 3840):
     0 in free list (128 min, 4096 max allowed)
     13709 hits, 6843 misses, 0 trims, 6417 created
     4510 failures (5750 no memory)

Conditions:
Multicast traffic
ISM-VPN module enabled
