Description (partial)

Symptom:
It was observed that there was a memory access fault, which was encountered at procedure mme_app_send_abort_proc_evt().

Conditions:
This is observed on Cisco ASR5k MME, running software version 14.0 (55035) when the following sequence of events happen:

1. 4G Attach
2. Activate PDN request 
3. X2 handlover 
4. DBR from PGW while DNS Response pending for SGW
5. DBResponse sent out --- Deactivation completed at EGTP side (PDN handle is made NULL) but not with access side.
6. DNS response received with SGW change
7. CSRequest to new SGW and CSResponse received 
8. Zero seconds timer started to send DSR to old SGW
9. S1 release request
