Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the switch VLAN1 has the default IP Address (192.168.1.254), if the user adds a second VLAN and assigns an IP address to the new VLAN's IP interface, the switch loses IP on the VLAN1. If the user has not assigned any ports to the new VLAN before assigning the IP address, then the user will lose access to the switch. The only way to recover access the switch is to Factory Reset the switch.

Conditions:
Switch is in L3 mode and the default VLAN (VLAN1) has the default IP address (192.168.1.254)
