Symptom: Phone books are not visible in drop-down menu when trying to create a new conference and adding participants from phonebook: Booking -> New conference -> Add participants... -> Phone books tab. Conditions: This only happens if phone books are hierarchical and the parent phone book has no phone book source connected.
