Description (partial)

Symptom:
Lync is stucked in "On the Phone" without active call

Conditions:
- Start call
- Meeting is started - Lync status is changed to "In a Meeting"
- Call Dropped - Lync status is still "In a Meeting"
- Meeting ended - Lync status is "On a Call"
