Cisco Bug: CSCus53132 - Cannot resume RemoteHold (shared line) when CTI controlling an EX90

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Believe root cause to be in TC firmware after investigations. Please see "Eng-note" attachment for detailed analysis and notes.

Discovered in Gorilla testing of 7.0.0.8 ECC Testapp JabberMac64Bit build, on Alpha network.
Confirmed reproducible with Jabber for Mac 10.6(0) client. 

Scenario:
ECC Testapp on Mac is CTI controlling EX90. (DN=4663)
Make call to other user (DN=4088)
After call connected, hold call from Testapp. (Testapp shows state = Hold)
Resume call from a 7975 on the shared line (DN=4663) (Testapp shows state = RemoteInUse)
Hold call from the 7975 (Testapp shows state = RemoteHold)
Attempt to resume from Testapp (canResume caps are available)
Resume does not work.

At this point it is possible to resume manually from the EX90 console.

Also tested a similar scenario, but CTI-controlling the 7975 instead of the EX90. In this case, when the call is placed on hold by the EX90, we could resume the "RemoteHold" call on the 7975 via CTI control from testapp.

EX90 was running firmware TC7.3.0.8cb420c
