Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call history change after certain call scenario.

Steps to reproduce.

1. C calls A and talked. Call history on C shows A.
2. A calls C and talked. Call history on C shows A.

At this moment, C's call history shows two records. (A, A)

3. A calls  B and talked, then B transfer the call to C. A and C connected and talked.

At this moment, C's call history shows three records, but  it shows B, B, B. That is, it changes previous two records. It should show A, A, B.

Conditions:
Jabber for windows 10.5.2 or later.
