Description (partial)

Symptom:
When terminating a VM in a cloud without powering off the VM first, the vNIC page will sometimes not remove the VM-ID from its page until you log off and log back in as the same user.

Conditions:
This issue was seen after power off, powering on and then terminating a VM in a public cloud.
