Symptom:
Example:

If 'ifname' is specified along with helper ipv6 address, the ifh of that interface will be set in the injected packet, else 'ifh' will be 0. However, after having removed BVI8 from helper-address, DHCPv6 still uses the removed ifname's ifhandle while sending out packet.
