Symptom:
It is observed that there is a session manager (sessmgr) crash with the following stack trace:

Problem : While aborting X2 HO, CSFB procedure was started incorrectly for the pending SGS paging, which upon ending incorrectly posted a re-entrant event to the FSM and hence the crash.
