Description (partial)

During  IPV6 Neighbour Discovery IPV6 Link layer address of the NS source is resolved. After some time due to memory leak in the system route allocation fails causing incomplete Neighbor Discovery. 
We can check this using netStackSysPoolShow command. In the cluster pool table when the free memory is 0 for size 64 cluster , memory allocation for the gateway fails .

Symptom:
IPv6 traffic is hit.
